Medallion Stamp...Again!

I LOVE this stamp. I think it is sooooo beautiful and this gift set I made using it turned out really well. Don't you think so too? I can't take total credit for the design. My friend Holle made me a set of these cards a while ago. The only difference is she didn't cut out the medallion and use dimensionals to mount it on the card stock. She simply stamped the image on the card front. I also added the box with the half back pearl from Stampin' Up!'s Pretties kit. I made a set of these for my friend's 50th birthday, and I think it will be what some of my family members get for Christmas. Black was appropriate for her turning 50, agree? :) It was my turn to get back at her for when I turned 50 two years ago. I had everyone on staff at work wear black that day. It was fun. And of course we had a nice big cake decorated in black frosting with a huge 50 on it. Pay back is fun, especially when you are on the giving end!
